Afriqmart provides a platform for African-owned businesses and brands to sell their products and services. We do not manufacture, store, or ship products directly. All orders are fulfilled by individual sellers.

🔄 Returns & Refunds Eligibility

  1. Each seller has a unique refund policy displayed on their product page or store.
  2. Customers must review the seller’s return/refund policy before making a purchase.
  3. Items marked as non-refundable or final sale are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact the seller directly via your order page within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
  3. The seller will guide you through the return or replacement process.

If the seller does not respond within 7 days, please contact Afriqmart Support at support@afriqmart.com and we will step in to assist.

  1. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  2. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
  3. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the seller agrees or the return is due to their error.

Refunds are not guaranteed for:

  1. Products returned without prior approval.
  2. Items not in their original condition or missing parts.
  3. Digital downloads, perishable goods, or personalized items (unless faulty).
  4. Services already rendered.
